Julie was all around perfect. She put together a personalized ceremony tailed to what we wanted and responded quickly to any changes we needed. Very friendly and tolerant as even thirty minutes before the wedding some things were being added or subtracted or changed. She offers so much more than we needed as well and at an unbelievable price. All that and we didn't even contact her till a month before the wedding! You are truly missing out if you do not use her for your wedding
Wendy was very organized and made our wedding day run so smoothly. She is always willing to help with more than just the music. We greatly appreciated her help in releasing tables to get their food at our buffet, remind guests to sign our guest board, and just help the wedding run on time. Wendy is so great at mixing up the must too. The dance floor was never empty. Thanks again Wendy!
Shannon did a great job helping to plan a St. Louis wedding with an out-of-town couple! Her relaxed demeanor and calming approach helped enormously when things were stressful. She was tireless in managing all of the details, offering gentle guidance and suggestions in bringing the 'vision' to fruition. She provided great customer service (including a snowy Sunday night visit to address a snafu well before the big weekend in the summer)! When the actual event arrived, Shannon and her team took care of all of the logistics. You nailed it and gave Us our fairytale wedding. Your management of contracts, vendors, guests...and the bride was impeccable. I’m still amazed at how you pulled our wedding off without any major issues. All you had was my vision and my numerous pictures from Pinterest. 🙃 The most notable accomplishment and compliment is that you never got frustrated and you knew the right moment to suggest a massage. My wedding ballroom looked just beautiful!! The entire set-up including the stage, our sweetheart table, the cake, guest table decorations and anything and everything I can think of was excellent!! Truly loved their work and would definitely go back to them for any future event decorations!!

My day was nothing short of AMAZING! After trying to plan my wedding, my plans fell through less than 4 months before my big day. I lost so much money and what was left looked pretty pitiful. I found Kori on The Knot and I hired her in fear that if I touched anything it would fall apart. In four and with a budget less than $7,000 she worked a miracle. No one was the wiser including me or my husband. Until this day people are convinced that we spent over $20,000. From start to finish Kori and her staff executed my day flawlessly. I just recently got married, June 2010, and have realized even more how much I love planning weddings. I have been part of a lot of weddings and have planed my entire wedding. However, one thing I do wish I would have done is hired a coordinator to have relieved me of all the stress that comes with the day of the wedding. I have excellent organization and communication skills, and I love organizing events. I am doing this as a side job because I just love it so much, and it gives me variety in my life since I am a full-time graduate student and researcher. This will give me chance to do something that I just love to do for fun. For only $300, you will receive all of the following services: ~ I will meet with the wedding couple prior to the wedding day to discuss all details. ~ Unlimited phone and email communication from date of contract ~ I will provide bridal emergency kit, such as aspirin, energy bars, mints, sewing kit, etc. ~ I will also assist with etiquette and protocol for ceremony and rehearsal. ~ I will help create a timeline for your wedding day, if desired. ~ I will coordinate your ceremony by lining up the bridal party, cuing music and the bridal party when to walk down aisle, and will remind the bridal party of all the pertinent instructions at rehearsal and day of ceremony. ~ I will act as the liaison with your family, bridal party, musicians, florist, photographer, minister, and other vendors on the ceremony. ~ A day prior to wedding day, I will call and confirm with all vendors the time of deliveries and setups. ~ I will make sure that on the day of the setup, decorations for the ceremony and reception is according to bride's specifications the day of the wedding. ~ I will check room setup, positioning of tables, and delivery of special linens, and other rental equipment to assure that all is in accordance with wedding decoration plan. ~ I will pickup any necessities that need to be delivered to the ceremony or reception. ~ On the day of or one day prior, set up of the following items will be provided: * guest book * gift table * cake table * small rental equipment, such as arch, ficus trees, etc. ~ I will place all favors, centerpieces, and place cards to the proper placement and will make sure all candles are lit. ~ I will also check the room setup, positioning of tables, and delivery of special linens and other rental equipment to assure that all is in accordance with wedding decoration plan. ~ I will help with the seating arrangements at the reception as guests are entering. ~ I will bustle the bride's gown. ~ I will also gather up all items, flowers, pew bows, and other decorations used in the ceremony, pack them for couple, and deliver to the desired location. ~ I will also pack up all gifts and personal items, and arrange them to be taken from reception or given to responsible person. ~ I will ensure payment of vendor, tips, and balances.
