What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Conklin products vary from $1+- to $8+- per square foot, from applying paint to tear-offs and rebuilding, best to call us for pricing. Other jobs will vary based on travel distance etc. Cleaning 200 ft. gutters 10 ft. off the ground will be from $150+- to $250+-
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I respond to the customer's request as soon as possible, if the phone number is available I give them a friendly call. If not I give them my number. Then I schedule an appointment with the customer, inspect the project and give them a quote. We go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a distributor and warranty certified applicator with Conklin Roofing Systems. Will also do work not related Conklin products. I have been working on roofs and carpentry all my life.
