FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a base starting price, but since each job is not the same as the first or the last plus cleaning has so many variables, they will not be the same. Ex: if you have two identical homes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a similar kitchen layout, one needs Windows done, carpets shampoo, but fairly clean, and the other was not cared for by previous tenants, the pricing will not be the same. And if it is a service we do not provide, to keep our clients from hiring numerous contracts we will handle it all and provide low prices, even if you need electrical work or a ceiling fan put up, we will call on contractors for you that we have worked with on previous jobs so you can worry about everything else, BUT the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ensuring that what there needs are will be met, explaining the process, be upfront if a task will be more difficult than the others, for instance if a stain has been left and not treated no matter if it's a carpet or tile floor or on any surface, there is only so much we can do, but we will exhaust every option.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The consistent training and reading not only I do as well as my staff, if they are not educated on process and procedures, how do we keep the business going in a positive growth pattern. You may look at all the videos, seminars and books you can, but until you have OJT, and see the process executed you know it was all worth it.
