Shane was knowledgeable, courteous, flexible, friendly, prompt, and professional. He replaced an entry-way light fixture, about 16' high, at the home of my friend. He had the necessary ladder and tools to complete the job quickly and efficiently. Then he replaced a dining room light fixture, a broken disposal unit in the kitchen, and repaired a leaky pedestal sink at my daughter's home. He did a great job at both locations, tidied up all the trash, and left the houses looking better than when he arrived! He answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with his work. I will definitely hire him again.

Very professional experience. He and his employee worked hard and did a great job installing my range hood. Ran to the store for an extra part just to make sure the job was done correctly. Cleaned up the mess and even helped move a countertop for me while here. Will use again and recommend to others. Thanks for a job well done.

Rob came into my home to help me find a "mystery leak" where we have our water heater and washer. He confirmed that water was leaking from the water heater and he recommended it needed to be replaced. He said the normal live span of a water heater was about 8-12 years and our old one was installed in 2001 (15 years). He recommended a 50 gallon tank (instead of another 40 gallon tank like the one we had) because he could give a better price and it would provide more hot water (win/win :-). He returned with the new 50-gallon tank and quickly go it installed and running in my home without issue. I liked the fact that he took the time to lay down fresh cardboard sheets on our floors leading from the front door to the water heater to prevent tracking in dirt from outside or dripping water upon removal of the old water heater. I will use Rob again for any plumbing issues I have in the future.
