Introduction: What Do We Do? *Physical Cleaning - The system is opened up and gently cleaned of dust and debris. This is a free service when other work is performed. * Virtual Cleaning - The OS is cleaned of unwanted spyware/malware/viruses. This speeds up the system dramatically. We recommend a fresh OS install when possible. Personal info (documents, pictures, etc...) are moved to a backup server for safe keeping while the OS is reinstalled. Once the install is completed your personal information is restored and once you let us know everything is accounted for we delete the information off the backup server or hold it for 15 days. We suggest you personally backup sensitive information to an external drive or usb flash drive if available, we can help you with this if needed. * Upgrades - Need a larger hard drive for your growing digital picture archive? Ram upgrade? New video card? We can help! * Repairs - Have a busted laptop screen? Computer overheating? We love repairing failed equipment!
