- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a professional floor covering dealer and service provider, we are always attending trainings or certification programs. We have attended trainings such as Armstrong hardwood installation certification, Basic hardwood cleaning and resurfacing by TyKote, we have lead abatement certifications, soft surface (carpet) certifications. I am always looking for trainings, as a matter of fact, we will be attending a training at the National Hardwood Association this July.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a company that is proud of the service they provide, honest and loyal to their customers.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Every floor covering job is unique! Problems occasionally arise. However that is why we train our staff, to recognize and adapt as quickly as possible.
