- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A single crack is typically $350 to repair. Price can vary based on wall preparation required and size of crack. Multiple cracks at the same home are discounted. My work is very clean and flush to the wall for easy finishing by the homeowner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer usually call and describe their foundation or water problem. They text or email photos if available. I respond with an estimate and sometimes visit the home to give an exact proposal for the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the Basement Health Association and have received Continuing Education credits at national certification events. I have repaired over a thousand basement cracks successfully.
