- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not too complicated but if a potential customer is looking for my service this is what I will let them know about the pricing: Free estimates means if you know what you want for example; 100,200amp service, light fixture installed, or receptacle installed etc: This all will be done at no cost. But if you (potential customer) are having a electrical problem that needs to be fix of diagnose that charge will be $65.00 an hour for senior citizen $55.00 an hour And majority of troubleshooting will be diagnosed with in 1 1/2 hrs. After that you will be quoted a price to repair the issue AND if you decided not to repair the problem at that time then you will be charge for the diagnose time if you decide to have me repair your electrical issue, then the diagnose fee will be waived.
