I hired Heavy Smoke to cater my wedding. What an amazing dinner. We had heard about the food and went to a BBQ cookoff to try some of the things they make to see if it was something we would like to pursue at the wedding. My mouth didn't know what hit it. We chose the brisket and pulled chicken and what a crowd pleaser this was. We had a picnic style wedding and Heavy Smoke not only cooked the meat, but they made their famous baked beans, salad, and a wonderful special recipe cole slaw. Minus the "I do's", this was honestly the highlight of the wedding. I spent more time answering questions about where I found them than I did about the wedding. :) I was very happy that everyone had such a wonderful BBQ dinner, and was very impressed with the way the guys handled the catering side of things. It was display that was very well put together, and certainly worthy of any wedding. Not a soul went home hungry. Great stuff and great guys. We are thinking about a redo very soon. Thank Heavy Smoke!!!
