Ted and his wife were a huge blessing to my husband and I! They met with us before the wedding and provided premarital counseling that truly helped strengthen our relationship prior to marriage. They ensured that everything was perfect for our ceremony. They were flexible with meeting times and easy to reach to speak about anything. We will continue to use them as support throughout our marriage.

I have utilized Ms. Garcia many times for massage treatments. I find her service to be excellent in every way. Each time I've had a massage I've had a different body part that I've needed to dwell on and she was able to always accommodate I would totally recommend her services without hesitation

Before I even decided to book an appointment with Brittany, she returned all of my phone calls promptly and answered my questions. Even without my commitment, she was willing to help my daughter and I find a therapy program that was appropriate for us. We have decided to meet with her and see if it's a good fit.

I "bought" Nancy's service for a friend of mine--he is not only a very large man, but quite "picky", and his standards are high for massage. He LOVED it and has gone back--I doubt he will seek the services of any one else. I am buying another 90 minutes for friend, and will also be signing up MYSELF!

I hired Matt for personal training after participating in a few of his group Cross Training classes. Though I had experience with running and dance, I had never lifted substantial weights before and needed help getting past my initial intimidation. I liked Matt because he was positive; he is not the kind of trainer who uses yelling or insults as motivation. Every session he got me to do more than I thought I could, and that really encouraged me to look forward to strength training. In the 6-8 months I worked with Matt we developed a good working relationship, and my overall fitness and confidence improved. I learned a good set of basic warmups, lifts, and conditioning exercises, but also tried many things I would not have done on my own, like rowing, kettlebells, etc. I would highly recommend him as a trainer.

About

My services include the following: - Customized personal training programs for every individual's goal and need - Sport-specific training and performance enhancement for athletes of all ages - Nutritional counseling and meal planning

About

I'm an RN who works in CVOR (Cardio Vascular Operating Room). I would love to keep clients from coming into CVOR. One of the best ways to do that, outside of good diet, is by exercise and stress reduction. I have three ISSA national personal training certifications which are the following: 1. Certified Fitness Trainer 2. Specialist Exercise Therapy and 3. Youth Fitness Trainer Personally, I have practiced yoga for 14 years. I began to study yoga through Desert Southwest, and have taken classes that include the following: yoga for personal trainers, Pilates, power yoga, vinyasa yoga, senior yoga, office yoga, yoga for pregnancy and faith-based yoga. I don't believe that yoga can be taught in a classroom setting. There are several contraindications to yoga which can be missed in a group setting. As an RN, I understand your health needs. I understand what you can or can't do and the importance of following your physician's orders. I only do privates that include one or two clients so I can instruct and guide you through the proper yoga experience and give you an individualized care. One of my favorite quotes is "When asked what surprised him most about humanity, the Dalai Lama, answered "Man... Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived." ~ Dalai Lama I want to see each of my clients enjoy life to the fullest by good diet, exercise, and stress reduction. I also speak French and teach French lessons. If you call my cell and reach voice mail, it will be in French. Please understand as I work in CVOR and it may take a day or two in order to contact you. Your patience is appreciated. Thank you.
