- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very reasonable and offer many packages and options, to fit any budget. We record the sights and sounds of your day the way you want. We offer many discounts: Seniors, First Responders, Teachers, Nurses, and Military. We offer Early Booking and Prefered Venue Discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Videography: I ask what they are looking for. The location, the length the theme and what they want recorded. I then tell them the options that might best fit there vision and give them up front pricing. I then answer any and all questions they might have. Repairs. I ask what the problem is and what they expect out of the repair. I inform them of any possible consequences of any repair for example data loss. I give them a complete explanation of cost, warranty information and repair issues in writing and give them a receipt for there device.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-trained. Electronics and computer are my work and my hobby. From repair to graphic design and video editing. I take online editing courses when I can but being self-employed allows me to learn a lot by trial and error. I am an avid movie fan and spend as much time learning the shots as I do watching the story.
