We Pre-Paid Mike $95 via MoneyGram since he doesn't accept PayPal. Mike was supposed to head to our customers home to handle an install/assembly. He informed the customer of numerous excuses & personal reasons why he can't make it to their home in the next 36 hours (20 mins away). My customer was completely creeped out by his demeanor on the phone and detected he was drinking which I also detected. He claims he drove halfway to the customer and the customer told him to not come, they were handling the install themselves. I told him to send me back 80% of the money at the very least and he refused. We have over 100 local furniture installers we work with and they all take PayPal which protects us 100% if we get a drunk idiot like this guy.

We hired him for a kitchen and bathroom complete remodel. The finished job looks beautiful including the floors and the brand new bathtub and shower insert. The only downside to the job was that it took a little bit longer than originally discussed, but the overall job turned out to be outstanding.
