Julie Edstrom’s training is 2nd to none! She knows a lot about training someone for strength, cardio and weight loss! She’s very knowledgeable about a variety of exercises since she is a former bodybuilder! If you want to get into shape or increase your strength then Edstrom Elite Fitness is the place for you!
Personal training has been going really well. I get info on healthy snacks and training plans via email and he checks up on me after workouts to see how I'm feeling. He pushes without being like a drill sergeant.
Vince provided my friend and I with training two days a week. He is always flexible with schedule and provides a great variety of workouts. I would highly recommend Vince to anyone looking for an affordable/professional trainer.
Personal training: trainer has wealth of knowledge and is very skilled and punctual with scheduled sessions resulting in tremendous improvement in flexibility and strength!
I have nothing but positive comments about Brad Stone. He is extremely passionate about his work and training the right way. His approach caters to each person's individual needs, such as injuries requiring customization, etc. Even in a group environment. Brad believes in your potential even when you don't. He pushes you to be better then says see I knew you could do it. Mantra being don't underestimate yourself! I highly recommend Brad and Stone Strength Systems to anyone serious about achieving their fitness goals. A+++++++++
Chris is more than a trainer. She is a teacher/guide/coach. I was intimidated by strength training as I had always done yoga and Pilates. Chris made the process comfortable and doable with the right balance of pushing me, encouraging me, and humor. With her guidance, I reached my goals of weight loss and developing strength and balance. I highly recommend Chris. She ‘gets it.’
Adam is an amazing trainer, supportive, knowledgeable and knows how to get the best out of you. I really enjoy training at Fit2Function and would highly recommend!
If you ever have a chance to work with Blake Wolf, do not hesitate. I started working with Blake when I was training for a sprint triathlon. As it just so happened, Blake is an Ironman triathlete. He knew what I needed to do and he set up a training program for me. Not only that, when I worked with him in the gym, I found training to be interesting (landmines), challenging (pull ups) and fun (lots of high fives). Besides being fun to work with, Blake is knowledgeable and can help you with all your fitness goals. Go sign up with Blake Wolf now, it will be the absolutely best thing you do for yourself.
I've been going to Summer for two weeks now, and she is amazing. I feel like I've accomplished so much after each training session. She responds to my million questions and texts with patience and understanding. She definitely knows what she's doing to get you to your goal.
Kyle is very knowledgeable in his training skills, has a great personality and very friendly. I love having the workouts done right on my patio and i don't have to leave my house. He has helped me strengthen my core muscles which in turn helps my back. He does an awesome job!!!
I had never lifted a weight in my life. A few months later, I couldn't imagine my life without my workouts. Javier started with proper form and movements, explaining to me a sound approach to gaining strength and better cardiovascular health. His dietary and nutritional advice has been on point, as well. Starting with just a commitment to showing up and to build a routine, Javier helped me change my life. I really feel that he took stock of who and where I was and customized my training for me. Thank you, Javier!
I've been working out with Kim at Champion Training for over 6 months. With her help I've achieved my goals and have moved on to new ones. She is a great encourager, is enthusiastic, and will cheer you on all the way.
I would highly recommend Trivium to anyone looking for a new gym or personal training. The gym has your standards (weights, racks, benches) but it also has open areas for functional training and classes with the equipment to match. The staff is knowledgeable, and I can attest that Ryan is continually searching out the latest research to incorporate into the gym's offerings. If you're looking to avoid the cookie-cutter gyms and step into an atmosphere dedicated to getting smart, safe results, give Trivium a shot.
Amy P. is TRULY a "whole health" healthcare provider. She is patient, she asks questions, she LISTENS to her clients and adjusts her approach based on the honest feedback you give her. She CARES and doesn't believe there is only one way to heal! She is dedicated and will work with you until you find a technique together that gets results! She is not afraid to think outside of the box, and the fact that she is trained in multiple health facets (physical therapy, fitness, nutrition, etc.) makes her methods TRULY holistic. You will find that at first, she is more devoted to your wellness than you are! (But don't worry; she will change that!) :)
Tia rocks. I was nervous, scared maybe even embarrassed but within minutes she had put me at ease. The workouts are thorough and satisfying (tiring) and Tia ALWAYS brings her "A" game and cares a great deal about you personally.
Before I met Garmenn I ate very minimal carbs, didn't deadlift due to a prior back injury several years ago, and despised lifting upper body weights. Garmenn should win an award for his patience. He worked with me in the beginning of each session to teach me the proper form for deadlifting and I have been doing it now with no discomfort in my back. It is a staple of working out and I totally dismissed it because I didn't know how to do it properly. Garmen keeps it interesting by mixing up my workouts with boxing, monkey crawls, and turkish sit up nonsense; basically anything short of hanging from the ceiling! Some would probably consider it a small miracle that back and shoulder workouts have become some of my favorite lifts and my one steady state cardio day is my most dreaded workout of the week. Garmenn went back to the basics with me and taught me the importance of stretching, giving my body rest days, but most importantly the importance of balance nutrition. Eating more carbs has been something I have been lectured on year in and year out, however, I never fully committed to it. I have slowly incorporated more carbs into my diet and they don't scare me anymore. I see muscle definition in places I have never seen before and can finally see my lower two abs coming through. I can honestly say I have never seen faster results in all the years I have worked out.
