- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and try to chat with my customers to get a clear picture of what is most important to them and get an idea of what tools Ill need. I try to explain to them what they can expect from me and try to start in rooms or areas that wont be in their way.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A fellow minister taught me and invited me to work for him when I was in my twenties. I enjoyed the low stress, flexible environment and really enjoyed working outside and having work you can take pride in. After working for years as a web designer, I decided to go back to doing work that I truly enjoy.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with a variety of vendors cleaning windows at strip malls. Most of my residential jobs have come from referrals and people observing my attention to detail when they see me cleaning at a store.
