Such a great experience!Sep 4, 2018Verified
Re hired him this year, this time he took full advantage of my temporary disability . I trusted him and gave him the check before the work was finished and he left the job unfinished within minutes after getting the check, branches all over the yard and my tree is about to die! I just wasted $400 on this highly unethical company and his owner Nick. Do yourself a favor and find someone else!! When confronted he lies all the way!! Shameless human being. I will never hire or recommend him. Here is the $400 job he did for me!! You don't have to be a Pro to understand, anyone can see this pic and tell this is a horrible job and tree will surely die soon!!!!Nov 28, 2017VerifiedNicholas N.'s reply
Shelley I'm sorry you are not happy I want to reply to this review to help understand why your unhappy.. the job you hired me to do was for 325 not 400 as you have stated. I completed the work you asked and had you come outside 3 times to verify it's what you wanted. you contacted me a few days later and said I didn't trim your branches off your roof and I need to come trim them.. I said I did and asked you to send me a picture from the corner of your house looking up. Which you would not do for me.. but on this review you are saying I trimmed to much and your tree will die now. your tree won't die nor is it sick.. if we continue to take more off it is more likely to get sick and hurt the tree. I'm not sure what your asking to be done in this case. did i trim to much or not enough?
He is easy to work with, affordable, and responds fast.Aug 31, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? There is actually alot that goes into giving a bid..there is a few variables to consider.. the amount of time it will take to perform the job.. if it is a trim out or removal. Topping a tree is one the more time consuming projects.. also to take into consideration is if there is anything around the trees.. such as fence power lines swing set, etc..we are very competitive In pricing and try to beat any competitors price..
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Always check if the company is reputable...your trees don't grow back over night and u want it done right...and insurance is a must.
