Bachelor of Science in Art/Education 11 years experience as a high school Art teacher 4 years as a professional photographer
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My first daughter was 5 months old when I realized she was growing up so fast! I wanted quality photos of her to preserve the memories forever. That’s when my father-in-law gave me a hand-me-down DSLR camera & I started my photography journey.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would say it’s so important to connect with a photographer’s personality & also their style! Look at several photographers, not just their prices! Take time to see if their portfolio is a good fit for what you are looking for.
