- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please see my website (IberiaDJentertainment.com) for more information. Discounts available for: Military, Police, Firefighters, 1st Responders, Teachers, Local Residents. Others may qualify. **If you or your fiance, or an immediate family member, are possibly eligible, please ask if you're not sure!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with phone calls (as many as necessary). Then request an email address so I can mail them information, such as my: 5pg Planning Guide, Updated Song Suggestion Lists, Shoe Game questions, etc. (for Weddings/Receptions, or Quinceañeras, formal Sweet 16 parties, or other events that require extensive and detailed planning.) Following that, we will have at least Planning Meeting by phone, then a face-to-face meeting (or as many as needed) to follow up and discuss further details. Close Coordination with other vendors (photographer, caterer, officiant, etc.) during the event, and Constant follow-up. *Seamless transitions between key moments of the Wedding and Reception so you don't have to worry, and your guests will enjoy celebrating with you! *I'll ensure everything flows smoothly the whole time during the Wedding Processional Ceremony Recessional *Reception Grand Entrance Welcome Speech Blessing Dinner music Toasts Cake-Cutting Bouquet Toss Garter Removal/Toss Shoe Game, Circle Dance, or other special activity First Dance Father-Daughter/Mother-Son Dances Anniversary Dance Bridal Party Dance Money/Honeymoon Dance Open dancing End of Reception Departure!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Member of the American DJ Association (*ADJA), Lake of the Ozarks Wedding Association (LOTOWA), and the School Dance Network of Responsible DJs.
