Celeste opened up an entire new world for me with her private yoga instruction. I went from being stressed, overwhelmed and not at peace to feeling so in touch with my mind and body. Her patience with me as I learned made me feel comfortable and I was able to excel faster because of it. It is easy to tell that she prepares for your session based on your individual goals and needs and I always look forward to my weekly session with her!

Rebecca has worked very hard to learn my limitations and how best to progress me forward. I've gained so much more function and strength from her yoga instruction and very skilled massage.

We have really enjoyed Cara's yoga classes here at MMGY Global! Everyone looks forward to a little relaxation and exercise each month. I enjoy how each class gradually gets to a more difficult level. This is my first experience with yoga and I feel as though I've learned a lot. Thanks Cara! :)
