I am the worst kind of client for a personal trainer because I HATE to exercise. Chad is a lovely man who was unfailingly positive and non-judgemental. I have been to many exercise programs and trainers through the years and he is definitely one of the best I have ever been to. I absolutely recommend him!
I have known and worked with Ken as my personal trainer for several years. He is one of the best in the Greater KC area. He cares most about helping his clients achieve their fitness goals in a respectful and motivating way. I have had personal trainers in the past that pushed me in unrealistic pursuit of their own goals. Ken's focus is always on your goal and making sure that you keep up with it. I would highly recommend him for those that are just wanting to start exercising and those that have goals they want to pursue.
I would recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a great trainer! I have worked out with numerous trainers in the past. I found Sarah to be really well trained and thoughtful about the workout she builds. Better than any trainer I've had in the past, Sarah is careful to work you (hard) in ways that both avoid injury or work around a current injury (if you have one). Bonus - she'll write you workout routines for off days, if you wish!
David is excellent. Great work ethics. Keeps me motivated and helped me lose 7 pounds so far. Started working with him in May. He is extremely professional and a fun trainer. I made the right decision to have him as a trainer. My husband and I both train with him. I always had personal trainers in the past but he is one of the best I have had!

Rebecca is an amazing yoga instructor! She is so conscientious in giving the best instruction, making certain the atmosphere is calming and positioning is correct to be beneficial. I highly recommend Rebecca as a fitness trainer; she is extremely positive and has a fantastic temperament!! I was amazed how she helped my breathing while exercising!

Dhruv was a great personal trainer that really trailered to your every need. He made sure I had the necessary steps to achieving my goals such as using apps and a creating a simple meal plan. He made sure that I understood what I was working on and also made sure I was doing the exercise right which is what everyone should want in a trainer. With his help I lost over 20 pounds and he has given me the confidence that I never had before. Dhruv is very easy to work with and wants to see his clients succeed! He worked with my crazy work schedule and made sure I made up any workout I missed. I would 100% recommend Dhruv to anyone who is looking to lose weight or tone their bodies. Jason is a fun and motivating trainer. He makes you sweat and pushes you to be a better version of yourself. Jason has an extremely positive attitude and helps you stop doubting what you can and cannot do. I would recommend Jason to anyone at any fitness level.
99% of trainers are ineffective. How can you tell? The trainer will stand by on their cell phones, talk a lot, or watch you perform the exercise and count. The difference between Jason and other past trainers is that he is actively involved in my success. He not only watches, but corrects my form. This allows me to perform the correct movement leading to great success and range in the workout as well as lowering the chance of injury. Jason explains the movement and the benefits of each exercise. He is a great teacher. His exercises and friendly reminders keep me motivated to stick with my goal when my motivation is lost. He is honest and gets results. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for an effective and knowledgeable personal trainer.
I have been impressed with the staff. They have all been genuine and helpful. I feel like they are truly interested in helping people with their fitness goals and not just to get a paycheck like other trainers/gyms.
You can go anywhere and get a trainer. But what Ryan offers is limited in the KC area. You will learn more about each workout and why you're doing that specific workout. The thought process and customization for each individual and their goals is what sets him apart.
I'm getting ready for a competition and he has the knowledge and experience. He takes the time to come up with a plan and anytime you have a question he is there to help. Couldn't happier with him as a trainer
