Latest Review: For months I have been going twice a week to Chad's weekday morning fitness classes. Chad does a great job---he challenges us but also listens to each person and modifies each exercise for each person's level or physical issues. I can absolutely tell a difference in my core strength and general daily functioning. Chad always encourages us to do what we can and do more when we can. I am not an athlete, but I never feel dumb. The exercises are things I can do even when I travel, as they take no special equipment, so I feel I am learning ways to stay healthy no matter where I am. Chad has done a great job of offering classes that work for everyone, regardless of their current fitness level, making everyone feel welcome, and challenging us to continue to get healthier.
