We thought everything had gone great with the hanging of our Christmas lights. However when nighttime rolled around we could see that at least one strand was not lighting up. The lights were brand new out of the box and had been checked by Franklin the installer prior to hanging them. When chatting with the company, they told us they wouldn’t guarantee the lights and that there would be a service fee of $65! If the lights had been used previously or hadn’t been checked prior by their own employee I could understand. Very poor experience! Update There was a miscommunication between us and JV- Once we had verbal conversation, Franklin came out the next day and changed the lights out and made sure we were happy. The miscommunication is resolved and updated the rating to match the service .
