Latest Review: Damien has been very great with my personal training. I haven't worked out in a long time and, he has been very patient with me and has set up a routine that works well for me and I have already seen results. I have lost 20 pounds in a little over a month. I do not think this would have been possible without him pushing me in such a positive way. He plans workout that push me, but are not so advanced that I can't do them. He learns what his clients can and cannot do and modifies workout accordingly. He is very good at building on workouts making them slowly harder as I become more proficient, but not overwhelming me. I have been meeting with him 3 times a week, and I can already see such a difference from that first workout and now I have more stamina. I am able to workout longer. I have more energy, and feel just overall better. I can't wait to continue on this journey to overall good health. I have not doubt that with Damien's help I will meet my goal weight, and he will teach me the skills to maintain my good health.
