Gianluca was awesome. I have an old laser jet (non-wifi) and a new hp PC and 2 Apple devices and I barely know an apple from an orange😀. Gianluca was prompt after we agreed on price and time. Very courteous and respectful and explains things well. You could tell that he knew what he was doing, and he did. All devices work and send to the printer easily now. I have already inquired about him coming back soon to assist/ teach me how to sync and back-up devices!
Would recommend him without any reservation!!!!
