Depending up on the type of engagement, I am open to negotiating hourly or flat-rate terms.

Grab a coffee and get to know each other a bit. It's important to have a good relationship - to establish trust and common ground and shared beliefs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Certified Scrum Master for several years, and an Agile practitioner for 10 years. I also have a certification from The Strativity Group in Customer Experience Management.
