Turth be told I have always been a great chef, I remember cooking for babysitters as early as six years old. But waited a few years after high school to go to culinary school I needed to learn the life skills you, need to push yourself in this career

It's a long story ,So I'll keep it short one recent job was done in the dark without power
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I think the most important thing is to ask questions when you have them , chefs do what we do day & night day after day. And forget it can be overwhelming to customers and others to execute an at Times once in a lifetime event. In our business we only get one chance to get it right.
