I have had Brandon/KC Renovation Concepts do several jobs for me ranging from building a fabulous deck to replacing all of the windows in my home. I had a very good experience with Brandon and KC Renovations. After receiving a questionable bid on a water heater replacement from another company, we contacted Brandon. He provided free estimations, professional advice, and timely service. He and his associate didn't leave until the job was completed and verified, they cleaned up after themselves, and provided all the documentation and paperwork I had requested. We have other projects coming down the pipeline and have every intention of reaching out to Brandon again. I highly recommend KC Renovations.

Brandon and his team were amazing! They put up well over 200 feet of fence up in a couple days. Kept the area clean after finishing for the day, very professional and meticulous. Each post was measured out and marked, each picket of fence was leveled and measured before attaching to the posts. It was fun to watch them and see how detailed they were. It was very obvious he takes great pride in his company and the work he does. We highly recommend KC Renovation Concepts for any work you need. We love our fence! Thank you Brandon!

We wanted to finish our basement, I posted a job to get the electrical done first, then, asked Brandon for a bid for the whole job. The bid was fair, and the work exceptional. We had a bathroom and three rooms added. Brandon was able to do all aspects of the jobs. All of the workers were polite and professional. I highly recommend KC Renovation Concepts.
