About this pro
Charlie and his team did an amazing job with our basement! We are so thankful for him. He communicated with us clearly and listened to our needs and in the end created a perfect TV/Game room for us! Thank you Charlie!!Sep 25, 2016Verified
Great experience all the way around!! Took the time to thoroughly plan out and discuss all details prior to beginning work. Reasonably priced and timely. Cleaned up very well. Would highly recommend for any home projects!!Jun 3, 2016Verified
Charlie did a fantastic job on our attic-to-master suite conversion. Great communication and very accommodating to our needs. Charlie ensured that the large project would be minimally invasive while we continued to stay at the residence. He built a staircase for entry to the project area so that everyday function of the home could be maintained. The budget never wavered throughout and our options were well planned in the initial stages. I would recommend Chux Reconstrux to anyone seeking a professional for any project; large or small. Proceed with confidence!Oct 26, 2015Verified

Charlie was enthusiastic and meticulous in his approach to our home remodeling project. We were more than satisfied with the outcome. He brings a creative eye to the project, while helping to keep costs realistic.Jul 26, 2015

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Set an appointment meet and discuss what they want taking note of what’s important to them. email a proposal. Schedule the start date. Complete the remodel as quoted on time and within budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Each year I am required to take continuing education classes thru Johnson County Contractor Department to keep my licensure current. There are constantly always new things coming onto the market. I encourage all of my customers to explore their ideas by finding photos on Houzz or Pinterest, HG, etc., to get ideas solidified.
