- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A very important fact about our pricing is that WE are the guys doing the work, ( mostly ). Sure everyone subcontracts little things, and when you are hiring a GC we want to handle a project for you turn key. But statistically, if you are hiring us, it is for something serious, complicated, complex, intense, ect and its valuable to understand that those are the things we do "in-house" We are rough carpentry specialists. Excavation, Structural Concrete, Structural Steel, Framing, by far the largest line items on a big project are done by us "in-house" where-as most of our competition has to come to us, (which we frequently gladly subcontract our specialty skills) and they hire us and simply add a 20-30% margin on top of our prices. You immediately save a tremendous amount of money right there working directly with us. And after we blow your mind on the front end of your project- you will gladly trust us and our network to general complete your project for a cost + scenario that is transparent and fair for everyone!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer you respond promptly to us, as timing can be everything if you are running on a tight schedule. Our Schedule changes and fills on a daily basis and we simply want to get you into the loop as soon as possible. We also would request that on the front end of communication, please forward and Plans, Photos, or other project related documents for our review as quickly as possible, Either way we make an appointment to view the site and we provide a written quote within 3 business days. We are very good at getting quotes back quickly. We know our industry very well and have an extensive network that can relay reliable pricing quickly, which helps deliver a budget to you while you are still excited about a project!
