I have flat rate pricing for just about everything. Bigger projects may have custom pricing. I offer 5% discount to Veterans, and Seniors 55+

I hired Chris to replace some doors. However, when he got on site, we were able to work out a deal for him to do almost all the work I needed done to list the house for sale. Being an out-of-state owner of a rental, he made my job so much easier. He did a great job of the work and offered ideas to further improve the house.
