Malzach Painting and Restoration
Introduction: What the heck is a Malzach you may ask? Well, this represents my children Mallory (Mal) and Zachary (Zach) and we are a North of the River based family-owned company specializing in interior and exterior residential re-paints and wood rot repair.
We also offer some handyman services. The owner is a former real estate agent and broker and our business was created due to the demand from buyers and sellers for good, honest work done at a fair price.
We will work with pre and post inspections on real estate, but by no means are our only clients in the market to buy or sell their homes. We also clean and seal decks. In addition, we work closely with a local construction company on replacement decks, kitchen and bath remodels and any other constrctution needs.

Painting all interior walls and some ceilings in our house in preparation for selling the house. Kevin was quick to give us an estimate, proactive on getting paint colors, was on time for appointments, started painting when he said he would, and finished when planned. They did good preparation and a reasonable cleanup on a place still undergoing other work. The final cost was slightly under the estimate so it became even a better deal for us.
