- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on your needs of your home. Every home is different so there is no set price. Your home is personal to you, no two are alike, so there is no such thing as a "standard" price because we want all of our customers to have personalized service specific for their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come out to your home and give a FREE estimate with no obigation. I discuss your needs and give a detailed estimate emailed to you with all work laid out in the estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold Bachelor's degrees in business, public relations, psychology, and law. I am very skilled at what I do and since my upbringing was from military parent, I learned at young age, effective techniques for cleaning without harsh chemicals while being thorough.
