- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer hourly rates and guaranteed pricing (fixed/flat rate pricing); we don't have a bunch of miscellaneous nickle and dime charges. We offer up to a 20% discount on fixed/flat rate quotes (ie: a smaller job may receive a 5-10% discount on fixed pricing where a 3 bedroom flat rate quote would receive 20% off). In addition we offer $50 in free boxes for hourly quotes of $450 or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer FREE visual surveys (come to your home to get an accurate estimate of items needing moved) on all home moves. Apartments typically aren't necessary but will be done on request. Our outstanding customer service staff can also take inventory over the phone and get you an estimate or price quote on the spot. Once your move is booked you will receive our "Helpful Tips" with your confirmation and a follow up a day before your move to make sure we are still on schedule and there are no significant changes. Finally, our professional movers (bonded and insured) will call on move day approximately 20 minutes before our arrival - we will then move all your items safely, securely and expeditiously.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been moving customers in Kansas City and St. Louis for approximately 13 years. We are selective when it comes to our Movers and Drivers and hire the best and hardest working men in the industry.
