- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A higher volume of work is typically cheaper than a small amount. If you schedule your job the same day as the estimate we can offer a discount for the total job price, just ask!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a phone call to go over the work to be done (the condition of the areas, scheduled time of completion, etc.) and set up a time to meet and do a walk through estimate. Depending on the size of the project that typically will last between an hour to and hour and a half and at the end of that time you will have a written estimate for the work that needs completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education in the painting business has been hands on in the field. I’m a third generation painter and all of those years of learned experience have helped in making our quality and efficiency top notch.
