Introduction: Hello! I’m Sylvia. I am a life coach who provides one-on-one coaching for individuals as well as mindset training for Kansas City businesses and organization. I help my clients learn how to manage their minds so they can create the personal success they desire. I am passionate about my work, which includes providing encouragement, support, and KEY insights for implementing change. I am committed to researching and understanding the psychology of change and the way our minds work. I teach my clients to master their mindset and to treat it as their most important skill set. I believe our biggest threat is our own untapped potential. Helping my clients 'get out of their own way' is the most satisfying and rewarding work I've ever experienced.

Sylvia was great! She worked with us to develop a workshop specific to our needs. It was a two hour workshop/presentation for 25 people.
