Well, first I was double billed. I was quoted 100.00 and I was billed 110.00 and charged again 136.00. I rarely pay attention to this credit card so I was unhappy to find that. I was also disappointed that they sent a couple kids out that didn’t seem to know what they were doing so had to actually help them. I used this company once before and was “ok” with them. Enough to try them again, but was very unhappy this time. You get what you pay for and it’s like a lottery. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Whether you book online or over the phone, we'll guide you through our free reservation process. In minutes, we’ll gather all the necessary details, answer any questions you have, and provide an estimate. Once the reservation is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail so that you can verify all the details of your upcoming move. On the night before your move, you will receive an e-mail that includes a photograph of each bellhop so that you’re greeted by familiar faces the next day. Your Captain will get in touch on the morning of your move to let you know your team is on the way. Each bellhop will arrive in his or her own personal vehicle. (That’s the way they roll.) Once your team has arrived, they’ll conduct a brief walk-through, take note of any special instructions you may have, and then get to work. When the move is complete, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your service and leave a review. You'll also have the opportunity to tip your bellhops without needing cash on hand. We will charge the same card you used to schedule the move.
