I just had my first training session with Sarah. It was incredible. She really listens and understands. As someone who suffers from muscle and nerve pain every day due to fibromyalgia, I was concerned that a personal trainer would push my body too much and I would be struggling for a week after. I utilized the 8 Week Transformation program offered by Sarah's Limitless Fitness by Sara. I have always struggled to maintain a consistent diet and workout plan. With this program, Sarah was able to create a meal plan that fit my busy lifestyle. I currently travel 60% of the year, meaning I spend more than half of the year in a hotel room. Sarah was able to adjust my meal plan that accommodated this lifestyle, and in addition, provided me with work out plans that I could either do in my hotel room or the gym the hotel provides. Within the first week I was eating healthier, down about 5 lbs and Sarah was right by my side encouraging me to keep pushing myself. Jill is great! She doesn't take any crap and won't give you any crap. She coaches you so you truly understand what you're doing with weight training, cardio, and food, instead of just telling you what to do and expecting you to do it. Jill will push you but she keeps your goals realistic and is never harsh or abrasive. I'm a big fan!
