- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs are billed hourly. If you are uncomfortable with that pricing model, we are able to give you a set price AFTER we have looked at your system. It will be based on our hourly rate, but slightly higher to account for errors in estimation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Technicians are college educated, and are encouraged to use company time learning about new technologies.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Virus removals, Password Resets, Network installations, Phone System Installations.
