As for firearms qualifications, these are conducted annually per the officer's commission requirements.

Patrol Cars
Each Ford Crown Victoria patrol vehicle is professionally marked with a full-reflective graphics package with light bar. Each vehicle is outfitted with state-of-the-art camera recording devices, in-car computers (outfitted with Panasonic Toughbook, a standard in public safety applications), record keeping and reporting, and communications equipment including high-end, two-way Motorola radio. Officers can communicate citywide.

Random patrols
Officers conduct multiple random patrols of property, looking for anything out of the ordinary. Random patrols at different times each night ensure unpredictability and optimum security. Patrol officers can also conduct door checks and secure area checks (swimming pools, club houses, etc.) during random patrols if requested.
Dispatch Calls
Call number is available to management, tenant, or civilian to report specific incidents and dispatch a patrol officer during each patrol shift.
KCMO Police Liaison Advisor
Contracted by Statewide, an advisor is available during patrol shifts for direction and support in any situation. The advisor also participates in a training capacity.
Parking violation and enforcement program
It is optional, but provided as part of service if requested. Illegally parked cars are tagged with notice of parking violation. These can be towed (with management approval) within 96 hours at owner's expense. Approval and towing are arranged by statewide and generates standard report.
Reporting and Emergency Notification
Officers are required to make a report anytime they get a dispatch call or conduct any self-initiated activity, such as a car stop, stopping a person for suspicious activity, or a violation of any state of local law. Each incident is reported and forwarded to client.
