I used Miranda of Belle Journee as a Reception Event Coordinator for my daughter's wedding on the Sunday night of Memorial Day weekend. She went above and beyond what I expected. Her strength was anticipating needs and taking care of them before they were an issue. My daughter had two Food Trucks catering the event and Miranda had the foresight to have them stay at the back of the parking lot while the outdoor ceremony was taking place just so that their noise would not be an issue. Then she moved them up as needed for the apps. Worked out fabulously! Great eye for detail and really tuned into what we wanted. Thank you Miranda for all you did! I can't say enough about how you allowed me to relax during the event!

I was new to hiring a caterer. Needed a Brunch menu for a small family bridal shower. Found Two Pieces of Bread through Thumbtack on line. The menu Brandon came up with was exactly what I was wanting. Brandon was very professional from the beginning to the end. He made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Was on time with everything he promised. The trays were very appealing and the food was so yummy. My expectations were met and I was able to enjoy my family and not worry about anything. I really cannot think of anything that needed improving or done differently. Two Pieces of Bread is in my contact list now. Thank you Brandon Johnson.

    She is very pleasing and gracious in her healthy style of cooking. I was very pleased with the gourmet MEALS that was so fashionably presented to me and my children. Once again Mrs. Owens outdone the competition with meals that would not clot the arteries. I thank my personal trainer for introducing me to Mrs Owens healthy style of cooking.

    They took my vision for my wedding reception with vegetarians and carnivores and and a true ethnic tapestry and made it into a wonderful celebration that all could enjoy.     I had to plan a sorority brunch two weeks before the event was planned to occur and Jerry was super easy to work with. He not only worked with my schedule on short notice, but he was willing to help make our budget work and gave us a great meal! I would definitely consider him for future events, and will recommend him to other people for their events big or small.
