I highly recommend Hiro. I use Hiro to manage one of my properties and am extremely satisfied. I didn't want to pay top dollar for white-glove service and Hiro offered me the perfect combination of value and involvement that I desired. He has been extremely quick to respond whenever I have an inquiry. He was a huge help when making repairs between renters - handling everything with the contractors. Not to mention that he found contractors who could come in quickly and at a reasonable price. And he offers a portal that is a huge convenience to both me and the renters. Hiro is fantastic. I never have to worry about my property or the tenant. He communicates well and is always very responsive and professional. He has wonderful contractors and can put them very quickly on the job if anything indoors or outdoors needs repair. He makes being a landlord hassle free and he is very pleasant to work with. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A $90 or 7% of monthly rent whichever higher and other applicable fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If possible would like to meet in person and go over our fees as well as a proposed rent. We can find a tenant fairly quick. Average lead time is 7-10 days to find a good tenant after a property is listed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attended multiple training courses aimed for real estate agents and for investors.
