I am the worst kind of client for a personal trainer because I HATE to exercise. Chad is a lovely man who was unfailingly positive and non-judgemental. I have been to many exercise programs and trainers through the years and he is definitely one of the best I have ever been to. I absolutely recommend him!
I have known and worked with Ken as my personal trainer for several years. He is one of the best in the Greater KC area. He cares most about helping his clients achieve their fitness goals in a respectful and motivating way. I have had personal trainers in the past that pushed me in unrealistic pursuit of their own goals. Ken's focus is always on your goal and making sure that you keep up with it. I would highly recommend him for those that are just wanting to start exercising and those that have goals they want to pursue.
I would recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a great trainer! I have worked out with numerous trainers in the past. I found Sarah to be really well trained and thoughtful about the workout she builds. Better than any trainer I've had in the past, Sarah is careful to work you (hard) in ways that both avoid injury or work around a current injury (if you have one). Bonus - she'll write you workout routines for off days, if you wish!
David is excellent. Great work ethics. Keeps me motivated and helped me lose 7 pounds so far. Started working with him in May. He is extremely professional and a fun trainer. I made the right decision to have him as a trainer. My husband and I both train with him. I always had personal trainers in the past but he is one of the best I have had!

When one chooses to find a trainer, one is usually motivated...for the moment. The vision of the muscular, sexy body fades fairly quickly when the dedication wanes and the mornings get early and the chicken breast becomes the last thing you want to eat. So, having a trainer who knows the game, who understands the weaknesses and who can KEEP you motivated, is the key to successful weight loss, body building and erasing that insecurity associated with body image. In the three years I worked with James Hanton, I NEVER lost my motivation, never felt despair and never stopped enjoying every minute of the challenges given to me. I am no pitchman and this is no disguise to the fact that this work out stuff is just that...WORK. However, having someone who keeps it changing, who is always enthused and encouraging and who lives the life is crucial to success. Rebecca is an amazing yoga instructor! She is so conscientious in giving the best instruction, making certain the atmosphere is calming and positioning is correct to be beneficial. I highly recommend Rebecca as a fitness trainer; she is extremely positive and has a fantastic temperament!! I was amazed how she helped my breathing while exercising!
Jill is an awesome trainer! She is very knowledgable about fitness as well as diet! I always look forward to my sessions with her, I know I will get a great workout as well as a laugh. She's pretty dang funny!
Dhruv was a great personal trainer that really trailered to your every need. He made sure I had the necessary steps to achieving my goals such as using apps and a creating a simple meal plan. He made sure that I understood what I was working on and also made sure I was doing the exercise right which is what everyone should want in a trainer. With his help I lost over 20 pounds and he has given me the confidence that I never had before. Dhruv is very easy to work with and wants to see his clients succeed! He worked with my crazy work schedule and made sure I made up any workout I missed. I would 100% recommend Dhruv to anyone who is looking to lose weight or tone their bodies. He himself went through a huge transformation so he knows/understands the commitment it takes to achieve goals and he makes sure that his client reaches them. Jason is a fun and motivating trainer. He makes you sweat and pushes you to be a better version of yourself. Jason has an extremely positive attitude and helps you stop doubting what you can and cannot do. I would recommend Jason to anyone at any fitness level.

Diane has been training with my husband and I for 4 months! We are in our early 50's and wanted to find someone that wasn't going to try and turn us into body builders, but help us get into shape and feel good about ourselves. She is the best trainer we've ever had and I couldn't be happier with her. She pushes us to work hard, but is always cautious if we have an ailment to ensure we aren't aggravating it. She is also working with us on better nutrition and food choices. She is down to earth, fun, caring and a joy to be around. I highly recommend Diane!
You can go anywhere and get a trainer. But what Ryan offers is limited in the KC area. You will learn more about each workout and why you're doing that specific workout. The thought process and customization for each individual and their goals is what sets him apart.
I'm getting ready for a competition and he has the knowledge and experience. He takes the time to come up with a plan and anytime you have a question he is there to help. Couldn't happier with him as a trainer
Will is an exceptional personal trainer. His background knowledge, degree in exercise science, multiple certifications, and level of experience enabled him to customize a workout program for me that helped me notice results in just a few weeks. He was able to individualize a program to help meet my personal goals as well as one with alternative options to incorporate constraints such as my work travel. I have seen Will train multiple other people at 24 Hour Fitness, all shapes and sizes, and have never seen him use the same workout on any two people. This is because he does customize to each person's individual needs and goals. He pushes so as to challenge to achieve results more quickly but remains cognizant of limitations as well. I highly recommend Will to anyone who wants a personal trainer who can create a customized program, specific to your goals, enabling you to achieve faster results.
Seth is an amazing trainer! I recently had a cruise coming up and a fluffy body - not a good combo. Between his workout regimens and guidance with my diet, I was toned up and bikini body ready in just six weeks. Even though it was a difficult process, Seth was not only my trainer but my coach and cheerleader as well. He was there supporting me every step of the way. Despite every workout being a challenge, he made them fun. I can't recommend him enough. If you are looking to improve not just your physique but your overall health and confidence, Seth is the trainer for you! :)
