Total nightmare we had to pay another company to come out and fix it he tried to charge me 150 for connecting the electrical wrong. What a joke thubtack really neexs to check out some of there contractors took another company from his screw up over 2 hours then he seen the tub pump seal was leaking and he toldd me to replace a pump come to find out it took anotjer company 15 minutes to put a new pump seal in. Yes you sure did moron you connexted the electrical wrong. When i asked you about the code. You said it was in econmoy mode come to fin d out the heater wou ld have never worked at all people honestly do yourself a favor and stay away from this company all he is is a scam he says he knows so much about hot tubs when really he does not buy any means i had to pay another company to fix his mistakes he is lucky he didnt burn my control board out. Or my heater hooking it up wrong ..

i was hired to do a diagnostic, drove over an hour away, did it and hooked it up for free while i was there. he got a free hot tub off craigs list and was told it worked it didnt and he was mad as a hornet

Showed up two week late, spent an hour onsite with the understanding a formal proposal would be submitted. Never to be heard from again... Waste of our time and theirs.
