Introduction: With more than 20 years of teaching experience, I am a seasoned teacher. I am anxious to share my love of music to my students. I teach violin/ piano/ voice, and beginning cello to students of all ages through a variety of methods that are chosen based on the learning style, and particular need of my student. As I have my own family, I am taking students that are available week day mornings until 2:00pm. I have always had a love of music. Music is a great outlet for all ages. It has the power to uplift and bring joy to those we love. I especially enjoy seeing my students learn to make beautiful music, and feel successful.

My children took violin lessons from Malinda for about a year. They blossomed under her as their teacher. She is so patient with children and geared her teaching to their understanding and needs. One of their favorite things was going to a couple of senior assisted living homes to preform for the elderly at Christmas time. We would still be taking lessons from Malinda if we hadn’t moved. She’s the best!

I am an adult learning to play the piano and Melinda is the most patient instructor I’ve ever met! She will go over the music with you however many times you need to until we get it right. highly recommend her as a music teacher~
