- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge by the hour, but the job. This saves you in the end, because I am motivated to do a thorough job, without thinking about the time. Also, this makes the charge consistant, saving your budget
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to get a short tour of the home, with the customer pointing out areas that they are most concerned about. This way, I can offer personalized service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning now for 23 years. I have experience not only in the work. but I behave in a professional and yet friendly manner. Running a business is more than just the work, it is also relationships.
