- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My certifications require me to obtain continuing education credits from approved sources every 2 years. I make sure to go above and beyond the minimum requirements set by my credentialing organizations so that I am up to date on the latest research in my feild.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion has always been about helping people. After my NCAA collegiate career was finished, it seemed only natural to take the knowledge I had gained from those experiences, and go inspire as many people as I can!!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice to anyone who is looking for a Personal Trainer is to do their research! All Trainers are not created equal. Look for credentials from reputable organizations. You are about to put the safety of your body in this person's 'hands'. They need to be thoroughly educated and experienced.
