FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please contact me for details on specific packages and pricing!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After being contacted by a potential client, I usually try to figure out what kind of session they are looking for - Family, Child, Wedding, Boudoir, Etc. I usually send a questionnaire to get to know my clients better. I like to find out what exactly they are looking for or what I can do to help them find out what will work best. We then work on figuring out a date and time that works for both parties. I try to keep appointments to weekends, but will offer sessions during the week if needed. We also work on finding a location that the client will love! I request a $50 deposit to hold the session date and time. I will send a contract for the client to sign and date with the deposit. The contract goes over the terms and conditions for the session. I try to answer any questions left over after the contract. I keep in contact with the the client until the session, answering any questions. At the time of the session, I ask if they have any specific requests. After the session, I post a sneak peek of 2-4 images on my Facebook Page. Turn around time, is normally 1-2 weeks for Portrait and 6-8 weeks for Weddings. Clients can download their images from their custom web gallery!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught photographer, however, I do have a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Development with a minor in Business. I do participate in a lot of webinars and read blogs from some of the top photographers. You always learn new things that make capturing the images you are trying to easier. I love learning new tricks!
