Hired to refinish a customer's dining room table that was damaged by a cleaning product. Just spoke with customers and they were so pleased. Said that he was wonderful with them and their very old table. Very professional, very punctual with responses, kept our customers informed the whole time. Our high boy was in very bad shape and needed a lot of repairs. Steve did an amazing job. It has been completely restored and we cannot tell it was ever in disrepair. He picked up and delivered our piece and was responsive and professional. Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my services very competitive. Im not always the lowest price but my quality is always great.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can set an apointment for a quote or give an estimate with pictures. Now days its not uncommon to not meet the customer until I show up to do the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been refinishing furniture for almost 40 years, since 9th grade. Besides a college education most of my work education came from learning on the job. Its hard to learn some things from books.
