Kourtnee did an amazing job on my makeup! She was knowledgeable about the products and did a great job matching to my skin tone. The contouring was beautiful and it lasted all night. Will definitely hire Kourtnee for future work!

Kourtney was wonderful for my bridal makeup as well as bridesmaids, she came in after another makeup artist had to cancel last minute and I was referred to her. I was nervous to have someone I had never met with me for my most important day but she made me feel comfortable and ultimately so beautiful! Courtney is a phenomenal makeup artist. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is seeking a professional for any occasion. My daughter had a prom party to go and Courtney asked for her dress and face picture before hand, so she could see what worked best. Talent to make you feel like a million bucks!! I was a frequent glamour mayhem client when it was Seattle based. Courtney saved my self esteem and sense of style by doing my makeup and styling me before important events. She can turn your blank face (canvas) into a masterpiece without overdoing it (some artists make you look like a drag Queen) you’ll look in the mirror at your enhanced beauty and exclaim “that’s me?!!” Ecstatically! I’ve had my makeup done countless times and haven’t had such a great artist before or after Courtney. She really can custom tailor what look you want and make your personality shine beautifully on through. Her vibrant and fun personality make time spent with her feel like a blessing and she will make you laugh and raise your vibe with her contagious good energy! What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught but my first job at 15 was at a place similar to Glamour Shots where I did hairstyles, makeup application, wardrobe and assisted with photography. Following that I helped w/ proms and formals in HS. After HS, I invested in my own freelance business and started doing weddings, special events and photography makeup. I have worked with many different faces and ages. I have also worked with several different brands and affiliates. I received special training for these companies and it has really helped me to stay on top of the trends. Right now I am currently working on getting certified on lash extensions and many other projects that are underway. Can’t wait to see what the future holds!!!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started at a young age of interest and taught myself through reading Bobbi Brown’s beauty books as well as Kevyn Aucoin’s. I have followed many YouTuber’s and love learning new techniques as well as teaching makeup.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am proud of all my projects. I take pride in my work and making my clients feel confident and beautiful.
