William and Team from "How Does This Sound?" were awesome. William was quick to respond to any correspondence, showed up on time with meetings we had arranged, and I could tell that he truly enjoyed what he does. Once he knew the details of the job he was flexible enough to give me a couple different pricing options so I could choose the right budgeting route to go. The lead time on getting supplies was spot on. Thats was good for me when scheduling the install dates came around. The labor was spot on as well for what I was quoted for and completion time was exactly as discussed. The install work was professional and of good quality too. All-in-all I had a great experience with "How Does This Sound?" and would recommend them to anyone with any audio/video needs they have!

William and team were amazing! Really quality work, reasonable price and great communication. I can't say enough good things about them and their workmanship. They hooked up a theater system we used in a different house. They had to make some modifications to fit the current layout and it turned out great! It shakes the house and sounds amazing! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Television mounting price structure based on size of television. Cable concealment, and connection to devices are included in the installation price. Additional charges apply for items such as addition of an electrical outlet, providing cables or mount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer at their installation location to discuss their plans. This allows me to view the project and inform the client of any potential issues that might arise. I then schedule the installation at a time convenient for the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technology is always changing and improving and as a result, we have to continually be involved in training and education.
