What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After consultation, a contract will be required. I am willing to work at flat rates, per project. I'm willing to work at an hourly rate. Additionally, I am willing to work on retainer for 20 or 40 hours per month for 3 and/or 6 months at a time; please note I do have an early termination fee on the 3 and 6 month retainers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I participate in online communities, stay in touch in with other professionals, learn from challenging projects and stay on-top of trends through other 'outlets' such as twitter and Flipboard and others.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was in middle school math/science and nerdy stuff interested me greatly; back then computers were really starting to 'come into their own.' I started playing with graphics and coding and never really looked back. Design/coding/creativity is a passion of mine, its not just something I do.
